That's exactly what he thought after he said it!

He went...
"D'oh, who AM i talking to?" then he said... "Jesus, i'm still doing it...I'd better get therapy!" followed by... "anyway, who's Jesus? Quite like that as a name though, If ever i have a son, i think that's what i'll call him"

He felt very sheepish. Of course he didn't realise that he felt sheepish at the time cos he hadn't yet created that phrase (or sheep)

He created light on the second day!!!
On the first day, he created Heaven & Earth.... so he must have done all that, in the dark... How cool is that !?!?

To debate this question, you have to first believe that the writings of a little desert tribe 4000 years ago, to try and explain the wonders around them have
a. Anything what s ever to do with reality
Or b. anything to do with 'god'

Ok lets just skip the question - did god create man in his image, or did man create a god in his own image - and assume that there is a god. That this wonderful omnipresence god would work for six days. However, as mere mortals, who on earth are we to assume that he is not able to talk to the bacterial soup that we all evolved from? For I think it presumptuous of us to assume that one of Gods days would equal on of our own; especially when there was no light to judge time against.

Hey! I used to have friends who studied the Bible and I was told that the early part of the Bible was written in a language that had a special pronoun for God that was not singular (and not exactly plural as well) nonetheless, more than one. OK Hope it helps.

God (note the capital letter) did not necessarily say these words or indeed need to. They are merely part of the figurative narrative employed to give dramatic effect to the act of Creation.

To the narrator or possibly the guy that created the book? Maybe the author wrote that so it would be like GOD is talking to the readers.

nobody, its just one of those things. If God wants something he actually has to say it, he can't just think it. Its kind of a screwy deal, but God doesnt complain because he would rather have his life, and be the big boss man, than have ours and be the worthless minions.
