can you take a picture and post a link so we can see exactly what you're talking about? your tattoo should have been healed by now. and whatever it looks like now, is pretty much what it's going to look like. you should have done some research before getting the tattoo.

pretty much every tattoo needs a touch up after it is done, and usually an experienced and good artist will tell you that and include one touch up for free in the first year. When the tattoo artist is doing the piece there are spots that can get missed, spots where the ink can reject, spots where you had a scab that got picked or rubbed off that can mess up the color, etc... good luck, i know i've had to have all but one of my tattoos touched up, but that's just part of getting nice work from a good artist.

You should have seen the true color of the tattoo after the first couple of days, although it takes about two weeks to be completely healed. And most tattoos do not need touch ups even if they do have color in them if the artist knows what they are doing. But if the color does need touched up the artist usually does it for free.

It should already be more than halfway healed. It does not take a tat three weeks to heal and show color. Did you do background research on the tat artist and check out his work prior to getting your tat done? I have three tats, two years old and they did not take 3 wks to heal. Right now keep it dry and use light non scented cream on it.
