Assuming prom is in May, I don't think it is possible.

If you have gained that much this year alone, you really need to see a doctor if you haven't already. It might not be simple overeating/under-exercising ...something could be wrong with your thyroid, you could have a serious illness. And bonus - it might be fixable! See your doctor before you take any other suggestion on this board.

My boyfriend's mom went on nutri-system and lost 20 lbs. a month. I have never heard of someone not losing a ton of weight on that diet. Or, you can be like me and just eat lean cuisines, fresh fruit and vegetables, and drink only water. I lost 6 lbs. in one week doing that.

Wow 100 pounds in a year... Maybe there is something wrong with your thyroid. Your thyroid controls your metabolism. Dr. Bruce Rind explains on his web site. Check it out.

eat right. watch carbs, but you still need to eat them. ONLY eat whole grain breads and grains. Eat LOTS of fruits and veggies. Walk a LOT, and work out hard. Find something physical you like doing, and do it an hour or so each day.
