in asia country like singapore, hong kong, thailand, dubai? which credit card is more acceptable?

Visa.
AMEX is not accepted in some places as they are more expensive than others.
Discovery is mainly in Europe and it is not accepted in America
Mastercard is smaller I think than Visa.

Visa followed closely by Master Card.

All places Visa, a lot of places MasterCard, some places Discover, very few places American Express. Most companies or stores will display what cards they accept.

Globally probably Visa with a close MasterCard. I have both and it seems that with a lot of store there is an extra charge if you use your Visa card. Beside who doesn't love the MasterCard commercials; Priceless!
