I wouldn't call pig latin a secret language it's only secret if people don't know it exists...
I know a bit of Scots Gaelic and the Sindarin and Quenya languages from the Lord of the Rings books.

You can always learn a relatively obscure language to talk to someone in private. I've used Japanese a lot to tell secrets.
Or you can mix languages that you and the listener know.
I had someone ask me:
Avec 誰? (With whom -- half French/half Chinese).

I have a language that me and my middle school friends created when I was younger.... I can't tell you about it though. We use it and sometimes I will cuss my husband and he won't know what I'm saying!
