The three in our house have the following
Me, shredded wheat with currents, and often fresh fruit pieces in milk, with glass of fruit juice, followed by glass of water.
The other two usually have different cereal, one shreddies type cereal, the other weetabix type cereal.
Soon we will all be changing our cereals for porridge oats made with milk, currents and Cinnamon added, no sugar or salt.

Usually Cereal, sometimes toast but that's normally when we've run out of milk, a banana when I'm in a rush - nutritious and filling.
And sometimes though not preferred - nothing.

I like to start with a filleted grapefruit or a 50/50 prune juice and Iced peach Tea. Then just one Weetabix with Full Milk. Then a quarter ring of boudin noir with HP sauce. And Lavazza coffe ground right there and then. High summer I may pass on the cereal and in deep essex Winter I love made Scotts Porage on milk and water

Multi Vitamin, Cottage Cheese, Milk. Sometimes fruit along with it.
I'm not a breakfast eater, but have to eat something as it helps with weight loss.

Cereal and toast and a mug of coffee, everybody should eat breakfast , poeple who skip the first meal of the day will get fat because they tend to snack on junk food before lunch.

Depends on my mood
Sometimes a poached egg on toast, sometimes cereal - Bran flakes, weetabix. Or sometimes a lovely fruit salad, with strawberries, blue berries, grapes, apple and banana

Breakfast with little time; A banana with crunchy peanut butter.
Breakfast with a little more time: A breakfast bowl in the microwave with quick grits, one egg, cheese, and real bacon bits.
Breakfast with lots of time: Pancakes with scrambled eggs and sausage.
All served with hot coffee!
