Seven years old can and have went to jail for crimes committed such as shooting someone. It depends on the extent of the crime, in most cases if it is severe than they can be remanded to juvenile until age 18 years old, is some cases after that period they then could be turned over to adult prisons. Today more and more younger people are committing crimes and the system is getting tired of them. So don't think because he is a child he will get away with the crime. I too know some bad-a** kids who have done this and thought they would not be punished, however I was present in court at a lot of hearings. It got so bad, as the crimes increased I got tired of going to court with them.

probably a boys town detention center and if the victum died the 7 year old would remain there untill they were 18 and then they'd go to prison for the rest of there lives..............or also when they get an adult they might be put on death row......................but if the victum didn't die they probably will just keep the child for 5 or so years. till the child is like 12 or 13.

parents would get the wrist slap and may lose the child.. along with other things... they can't put a kid that young into prisons.. or juvie i don't think...

the child would spend most their life in and out of therapy and foster homes.. or protective services..

the parents would spend their time trying to prove they are worthwhile parents for the child but... no avail. there would be alot of time in court.. hospitals.. analysis.... things like that it wouldn't be good for both parties...

the parents would get slapped for making it possible for the child to obtain any weapon and being able to kill someone in the first place... endangerment charges would definitely come up on the behalf of the child against the parents....

so on.

Well, they would go to trial and there it would be decided if the child would be tried as an adult or as a minor. Then just depending on what the judge decides will determine what happens to the child.

Typically theyre not tried for murder, since a child that young doesnt have a real grasp on reality.

It depends if they kill someone, otherwise probably just a slap on the wrist, blame the parent for the kid having a gun.
