Why are so many people supporters of illegal immigration? Statutorily it is against the law to enter the US without inspection. Why do people want to rewards illegal immigrants by granting amnesty? I don't get it. Also you can't compare illegal immigration with a speeding. Does not make sense!

Because they don't realize just how many people are coming. Sure its fine to let Hiram and Jahasha who are here illegally stay, there are only two of them and they are good workers. They don't realize that those two are among millions of people here, and millions more trying to get here. If we become overcrowded like their country is, we will become like their country. Then maybe we will invade Canada, or shoot, we can go to Honduras, they are all here, we can go there.

I watched thousands of illegal immigrants released each week. Now they are out there. Go visit Falls Church, West Virginia.

I don't think the government wants to 'reward' the illegals as such. Granting amnesty to people who skirted the usual immigration methods brings people into the system who are not paying taxes, not contributing to the government and services that we all rely on. It would also help rid the country of the illegals who shouldn't be here in the first place like the criminals who come to this country to break the law. Many immigrants are hard working people who want a chance at a better life but most are tarred with the same brush as the people who come here to deal drugs or break the law because they are unable to do so where they come from.

I don'd understand your tree hugging and supporting of illegal immigration being thrown in together. Tree huggers are environmentalists. What does that have to do with supporting illegal immigration?

I am not in support of illegal immigration. I would like to see any illegal immigrant deported immediately to their country of origin. The unfortunate problem is that our government has never taken protecting our borders seriously (any administration). Anyone who has wanted to can just take a walk across the border, and viola, they think they belong here. This is a problem that needs more attention than finger pointing or a stupid fence. We need to hold the government of Mexico responsible for paying at least part of the deportation expenses, as that is where the bulk of illegal immigrants are coming from. If we made the problen at least partly THEIR problem, they might be more interested in helping.

You ever word that those claiming that racial profiling isn't a controversy recognize they're going to by no ability be the objective of this legislations? So i think they have a factor. All this rhetoric approximately united statesa. this and united statesa. that. yet each and all the jointly as advocating the infringement of rights of their fellow individuals. exciting to assert the least. of direction now the hot tactic is that some long lost memo supplies the authority this is termed for in the hot regulation. How precisely does a memo supersede surely legislations? yet yet another exciting ploy. very like how till now the regulation became handed Governor Brewer and Co. mentioned that it became Constitutional and allowed for no racial profiling. nicely the regulation has already been amended. Now why amend a regulation that became desirable initially? My prominent is how the hot regulation mirrors federal regulation. Then why the could desire to bypass new legislations? Why no longer implement what's already there? could desire to it rather is that the hot regulation would not mirror federal regulation as claimed. i think this is neither right here nor there. easily the homicide of Mr. Krentz says all of it. No witness', no evidence that it became an unlawful immigrant or drug smuggler for that be counted. For all all of us recognize it may desire to have been a Minute guy that felt that they were forgotten. observed Mr. Krentz as an uncomplicated purpose and a thank you to convey back relevancy to their reason. lower back this is neither right here nor there. there is not any such animal as a victimless crime. And the enactment of the hot regulation will instruct that. Stomping on the rights of people to instruct a political factor is a criminal offense. The victims could be the individuals that at each and every turn will ought to instruct they have a superb to be right here.

If you haven't figured out that GOOD AMERICAN BUSINESS MEN are the ones who facilitate illegal immigration then you don't have a clue. If business stopped supporting illegal immigration you would see a drastic change in the rate of migrants across the border. The businesses like them because of CHEAP LABOR, they covet a worker they can pay less than minimum wage and give no medical benefits or workmans compensation. In capitalism you go with the most cost effective labor and right now that is undocumented workers for a lot of industries. If you don't stop companies from hiring and paying them then nothing will ever change, they don't need a green card when we give them green money.

I don't think you can lump tree huggers with illegal alien supporters. But actually the majority of Americans are against it. I don't know the exact percentage but I think I saw a poll where it was 70%. Those who support illegal aliens usually know people who are illegal aliens. It doesn't make sense to me either.

It is all about personal gain. Mexicans want amnesty because Mexico is facing very very hard economical hardship due to their corrupt government. They come here illegally to escape that. Yes i understand it is very hard down there but coming over here illegally is wrong on every level. As for the people who support them there are two kinds 1) the naive person who doesn't see the problems it causes 2.) the bureaucrats who just want to make the people legal and happy so they can vote for them in the next election. If you really wanted to help the Mexicans stop pouring money into programs here and giving them aid here. Deport every last one and put all the billions of dollars we normally spend on them into fixing Mexico through private and trustworthy Mexican companies that can get the economy going again.

The strongest supporters of illegal aliens are most likely business people.....
Conservative...pillars of their communities....Conservatives.
The same people who would like to pave the entire country over and charge a fee to stand there. Since you brought up tree hugging.

It almost feels like having someone else's religion forced on me. I'm guessing that pro-illegals see themselves as loving all people ('cept maybe us anti-illegals), which is fine. They want to welcome in every lost wandering stranger so that they can feel good about themselves. But I wish I knew why we are ALL getting billed for it. How can they take any credit for doing good when it's a mandatory charity for everyone? Why do they want to take from my kids to give to illegals? I wish for once they would think about that. Oh yeah, their lofty beliefs gives them the right and puts them above the law.
