Okay this is wierd but i really hate the way i stand. I look like im so not confident in myself when usually i am. What should i do?

practice standing in front of a mirror. keep your head up, shoulders back, and back straight. whenever you feel yourself loosing your posture....fix it and stand the way you practiced in the mirror.

I used to be the same way. Then when I was in high school, I got a job at a nursing home. There were long hallways that very seldom had people in them (I worked when everyone was sleeping). So I would feel completely uninhibited, and hold my head up and walk down those hallways, just being me. Then one day one of the residents told me I had wonderful posture. So I kept it up. That's what you have to do sometimes when you want to change something you don't like. Think of the image of you that you want, and make slow steps to change it. Work on holding your head up. Then work on keeping your back straight. Picture what you want, then step by step, do it.

one more thing, if you hold your shoulders back, your boobs will look bigger

Its all about posture and where you put your hands. Keep your shoulders square and keep your chin parallel with the ground. Don't cross your arms or keep your hands in your pockets. Try those things. I promise it will work. Don't forget though...how you walk now is a habit and it takes 21 consecutive days of behavior change to change a habit. Give yourself 21 days before you decide if this has worked for you or not.

You may unconciously feel less than the rest of the people. Try thinking of everything you do and how good you do it and believe in your potential. There isnt another person like you you are unique, smart and interesting in your own way everyone has good and bad perceptions of themselves and other but dont let the bad perceptions of yourself control all what you are.

Practice keeping your shoulders back....and your chin up. You'll feel like your walking with your chest all "puffed out"...but you can retrain yourself to appear as confident as you really are!

stnad up straight, shoulders back. head high/chin up, but not in a snotty way
