power the swing with a turn of your torso. Many golfers who cast try to swing with the hands and arms.
Someone mentioned keeping the right elbow (for right handers) tucked close to your ribcage - and turn your upper body, the clubhead will follow. This is difficult to get comfortable with, but it is the correct feel. Have a look at a swing sequence of a PGA player and note how close his elbow is to his side on the downswing.

Try putting a headcover under your armpits and try to make sure it stays their thru out your swing. If it falls you are casting. So do this till it is routine. Remember golf is mostly mental and muscle memory

Try to accelerate our club through impact.. keep on accelerating until the follow through. After making contact with the ball, keep the club nice and low to the ground.

If you are casting, you are in fact 'scooping' the ball up, which means you are not keeping the club close to the ground after impact.

if you are going it right, your divots should be about half an inch in front of the ball.
