a personal trainer, a full-time chef, and the discipline to do as they say. for those of us who can't afford employees to help, the basic idea is to eat less and exercise.
pretty simple, but everyone wants some magic method to make it easier. there isn't one. eat less and exercise!

i believe she had Gastric Bipass surgery, which is a surgery that makes your stomach about the size of your fist.
