well, my BF has been distant lately and has told me to leave him alone since he is experiencing family problems. So, I gave him his space. But then I see him happy and cheery with our mutual friend, who is a married woman and has addmitted to my BF that she has the hots for him, and offered him sex. He said no to her, but then this weekend came where he started acting all distant. And then I see them laughing together. Have I been infected with the green eyed monster and he needs space? or he's a scumbag and just drop him?

Life is to short to be messing with him! Dump him and find someone better who will treat who better! Good Luck!

That sounds like a bad situation that can get a lot worse. I would say he is messing around on you but you never can tell but what you are sure of is that he is preferring someone Else's company to yours a other woman to make it worse. so i would just tell him how you have taken notice of it and that you will be needing to find someone who has feelings for you and that you dont get on their nerves. Just see how he acts when you say that. Say something like your going to be doing this for his happiness because you only irritate him lately. It may make him straighten up maybe not he may welcome it so you need to be ready for what ever happens. Oh and as for your married friend watch her close she could be in his head telling things to make you seem less attractive. keep your distance and put your guard up cuz anything can happen . You may flush the two cheaters out and they may run off together. good luck

Ok, this is how it goes. I was recently going thru some family problems and asked my GF for some room. I was distant and was very hard to talk to when it came to her, and i was happy with my friends. I was being like that towards her because i dont want her to have to deal with my family, the friends i was with know my family and how they act, so that wasn't as big as a deal to me. But now that i want to get things back to normal she is being kinda mean to me. So let him know that you wanna help him thru his problems or drop him like a bad habit. Also tell her friend to get off of him. Anyway, hope i could help.

He's using his family problems as an excuse for his distance. There is no reason for that behavior other than he has the hots for this other woman. Give yourself the respect that he isn't giving you and lay your cards on the table. Tell him what you suspect and if he can't be honest with you, it's time to make changes.

If you really care about the guy get to the bottom of the problem, confront them both! Better to do it together so you can see both of their reactions , then go from there. It seems to me if your his girl friend he should turn to you, not another woman when he is down and out. Good luck girl!!!

You know the answer, you just want someone else to validate it. Have the conversation and tell him you're through. If your boyfriend is screwing around with a married woman what makes you think you have a future together?

if it is a mutual friend.. chill 4 a little bit.. maybe she has gone through something similar with her family and he is talking to her about it.. and if he keeps telling you he needs space.. let him know you care about him... and tell him that u are there if he needs to talk.. but if it continues.. drop it... u don't need more drama in ur life then u can muster yourself.

Leave him. He's obviously on a very different path from yours. You need to move on.
