EVERYWHERE IF YOU PAY CASH.

Everyone these days will check you credit history but not every company reacts in the same ways. Even if you have not got a bad credit history different financial institutions credit score in different ways. Try someone like Charco (they do not only do mortgages) who work with customers with poor or no credit rating, they are one of the companies the CCCS recommend. Also try GMAC. If you haven't incurred any new defaults in the last 3 months you will find someone to lend but the lending rate will be higher to reflect the increased bad debt risk.

Um. . . especially if you have a bad credit history, and even if you don't, you should not be buying things that you don't have the money for. If you can't afford to pay cash, do without them. And while you're at it, pay back the rest of your debt and get your life together. You probably can't afford the stuff because of the debt payments you have to make every month. Life with no debt is great- dig yourself out and never get in again. Try http://www.daveramsey.com

There is a company called brighthouse, which I used when I was desparate and would only advise you to use if you were in the same situation.

You have to pay weekly but if you miss a payment they add ridiculous charges on and also you have to pay £10 delivery charge.

Hope this helps.

P.s I ended up sending my sofas back!!!!

you want someone to extend you a few thousand in credit, without checking your credit? I am sure that they will also get you great rates!

My question to you: why dont you want them to check it? (I can only assume its not the greatest)

Maybe the Rent-to-own or Rent-a-center. I think both of those places set you up to pay weekly, and when you can't pay anymore they take the stuff back, but you're not just renting it, you are renting to own.

You wont find a single company unless you go to a loan shark and that is a big NO NO.
