i am african american wit ugly straigt hair and i want cornrows or dreadlocs i need someone to tell me how i can make them myself

you can get dreadlocks by teasing your hair, and not conditioning it for about a month, they start to form, and you sort of just run your hands around them, and tease them with a comb.

Beeswax can work miracles. My older brother used it in his hair to get starter locs and cornrows even when his hair was 'texturized'.

I dont know how you can do it yourself, but you can go to a salon and get it done for no more than $45 or less.

go to a african hairdressers they can work wit any type of hair
