You are not alone in this feeling.... most all of The True Christian Faith have experienced anguish over this... it is the mortal weakness.... it is something that could require personal counceling if it is causing you great inner turmoil... seek out helo within The Church for personal help...not online... But you should know that you will, as a mortal, never acheve the perfection you seem to think you must... Do your best... God knows the Heart, and He knows your weaknesses.... you will be tested only to the limit of your weaknesses.... you can do much more than you believe right now... continue in study and fellowship with other believers... You will continue to struggle and you will continue to grow... but you will not achieve full faith in this mortal world... just strive to do your best ...that is all God asks

I would suggest taking a look at what you mean by "giving yourself 100%" To some people it means only doing things that are for him and his kingdom. In otherwords, you only read Christian books, watch Christian movies, listen to Christian music, wear Christian clothing. When you go out, your only conversation is what God has done for you, or what he has taught you. Your only advice to people is "pray about it" and "read the Word". You only work at a Christian job. Non-Christians will generally ignore you or point things out that you will blindly defend, even though there is no defense for them. You'll feel special because you are being persecuted for Jesus sake.
To other people, myself included, it means taking the principles that Jesus taught and incorporating them into my life. When I am having a conversation, talk about whatever comes up, but don't let it turn blasphemous or hurtful to others. When I pick clothing, I pick whatever I want...so long as it does not hold a bad impact on the messages of Christ. I'll read any books I want, but that doesn't mean I have to take them as truth. When I play games, I don't screw someone out of an earned point.
God has given you life. He has given it for you to live. Make your life a book that God will find interesting, instead of him reading about "just another conformist Christian...read this one before...boring..."

Ask yourself what it means to give of yourself 100% When God created you he gave you certain feelings and emotions, not that you should live by those emotions, (emotions come from the heart and the heart is most deceitful above all things, Jeremiah 17:9) Be realistic in what you can achieve and take it to God, he will give you the strength to carry on to get to whatever goal you want. (psalm 32:2-3)
Hope this helps

By realizing that you should expect something in return. There are so many promises.... peace, joy, love, patience, kindness, long suffering, love,health,.... just to name a few.
You have a rock to lean on, a shelter to stand in, and a father to love you!
If you are talking materialistic, well that is a hard one. Just ask... the word says, have not because we ask not.
Lord, I am having a hard time in some area of my life. You know it, it isn't new to you and I am not alone in this. Please show my through the Holy Spirit and your word and your people what I need to do, and how I can learn about you. Thanks for your mercy while you wait for me to walk out my salvation.
be blessed,
always praising \o/ Vicki

I don't believe in Christ at all but figured I'd offer a little advice. Don't read the sites given to you by others, don't read yahoo answers at all, it might just make you question christ and the bible even more. Read your bible and take it to heart as if it were the only truth. Don't pray to him to make you believe or to make you understand, try to understand on your own and understand that he couldn't help you to understand because it is a journey you must make on your own without the aid of others' words. Those words might be false but what you get from the bible yourself, without others twisting those words before feeding them to you, that is what should lead you to Christ.
The sign of a true believer or something is being able to make the decision to believe and to have faith in something without others telling you how to act about it. How to think about it. The sign of a true believer is believing for oneself without the faith being explained to them over and over until they get the bits they didn't understand.
And don't feel so bad. You can believe in him at least some, there are others who can't believe in him at all and feel shunned, and sometimes are shunned, by society because of it.

You don't have to give all of yourself to feel at peace. As long as Jesus is a part of your life and you go to church and pray. As far as expecting something in return some of the things God gives us are not what we ask for or what we can see but what we feel inside our heart.

God knows and understands we all fall and he still loves us.
He gave us his all and he only expects us to try our best, continue trying or best, love him, our neighbors, ourselves. and he will do good works in us. Proverb 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart
Lean not on YOUR own understanding
In ALL your ways acknowledge HIM
HE will make your paths straight
May God Bless You

Have you been masturbating again? I think so .
Prostrate yourself naked on the floor and whip yourself with a lettuce leaf for 6 hours. That should do the trick. You can throw in a few hail Mary's for good luck too.

Don't expect it to happen all at once. Give as much as you can and over time Jesus will help you. Search earnestly for HIS desire and you will find contentment.
