Saints are prone to mammary tumors, especially if she has ever been bred or fixed late. Take to vet asap before it metastasizes.

It sounds like a mammary tumor. some are cancerous, but most are not..However, the sooner it is removed, the better..
For my large dog, also 10 years old, the cost was $225

It may be a cancerous growth and needs to be checked out immediately. It could just be a cyst, but better to be safe than sorry. The dog may be in pain also.

Hi,take her to your vets.In doggy years shes a pensioner.One of my dogs nipples has done the same,thankfully she is okay.A check up at vets will ease your mind.Good Luck

could be a tumor in her mammary gland, they're quite common. Take her to vets to be checked. They are usually benign and can be dealed with!

Is it soft or hard? If it is hard, it could be a cancer. Older dogs tend to have mammary cancers. Better have it checked.
