It is hard to assess your situation without more information. Your cousin may not have stomach cancer at all, especially if it is also in or near his liver.
It is absolutely essential that he have a diagnosis of the type of cancer he has BEFORE surgery, especially if he has a type of cancer known as a sarcoma. Sarcoma needs to be treated by a specialist because it is very rare. Any surgical procedure should be done by an oncological surgeon familiar with sarcoma. Check with Sarcoma Alliance for facilities and doctors who specialize in this disease:

There are several types of sarcoma this could be within the abdominal area:
There is a type of sarcoma that invades the abdominal cavity. It has no primary site of origin (like the colon, breast, lung, bone primary cancers). Instead the sarcoma spreds within the abdominal cavity and can invade surrounding organs or tissue. It is considered a childhood cancer and primarily attacks boys and young adults (your cousin would be considered in that age group at 31). It is an aggressive and rare type of cancer. The sarcoma is in the family of 'small round cell tumors' (Ewings Sarcoma) and is called Desmoplastic small round cell tumor. The disease presents as multiple masses within the abdomen, although it is possible to be found elsewhere. It's a dangerous cancer and should be treated by a specialist.

DSRCT is only one possiblity. Another type of cancer might be GIST (Gastrointestinal Stromal tumor). These types of tumors can also grow very large. GIST tumors often respond to the drug, gleevec.

A biopsy can confirm what type of cancer your cousin is dealing with. If it is cancer it will need to be graded and staged before any type of treatment can begin.
Good luck.

I am a survivor of breast cancer, and I will highly recommend that this question not be asked on this site. Rather listen to the doctor and what he has to say, as you will hear that some people have had good experiences and some bad experiences and no two cases are the same. I sympathise with you and know what you are going through, but please rather liaise directly with the doctor on this one. If he says your cousin should be okay, then he is the only one that will know this. i sincerely will keep you both in my thoughts and remember that cancer can be cured. I had mine 14 years ago, and still cancer free. Hope this gives you hope. XX

exciting - and your medical skills to make this declare are what? whilst precisely did you have time to evaluation all 6.5 billion theists in the worldwide to make the determination that each and all and sundry theists show right here. Is it because of the fact there are various them? Bingo - in psychology and sociology what's normative is in part based on the consensus! based on the consensus, atheism departs from the norm no longer theism. (How does it experience to shoot your self in the foot). There additionally are particular questions used to assert a genuine pathology: Do the indicators intervene with the persons ADL? Do the symptom modalities signify a hazard to the self or others? the certainty learn - exceedingly plenty all of us has some style of myth or superstition.. all of us has occasional hallucinations - be it shadow human beings, voices whilst falling asleep or waking up etc. that's nicely documented in periods between wakefulness and sleep or fatigue. opposite to what you have been advised, disagreeing inclusive of your place would not signify a concept sickness! heavily you question is rather under you - you're a extra useful guy or woman than this!

It depends on what you believe. Some people believe that there is only the body involved in cancer. Others suspect that traumas and stress contribute to cancer. And many believe that lifestyle, enjoyment of life, or otherwise, having a purpose, something to live for (i.e. Soul reasons) are important in relation to cancer.
All three are discussed in good detail in "Dhaxem and Cancer" on the Dhaxem website.

whats important to know is how long the cancer or tumor was there. The younger the tumor is, the more of a chance the doctors have of removing it and curing the person succesfully.
As to what kind of cancer it is, i cant tell you but you could try using WebMD.
