Well,I have a God given talent to play the drums.I have no idea how to teach someone,it just happened one day.I woke up and knew how to play. That was twenty five years ago.I've lived in the world and did the worldly thing, but to no avail the lord never left my side.He was waiting on me to repent and dedicate my life to him.Although I still struggle through my daily life,I can always count on leaning against the everlasting arms of my lord.

Have not played drums fro fifteen years until one day the quire director ask me to play drums in the church. The lord answered my prayer. He knew I wanted to use my talent he had given me.He had heard my prayers.
It took a long time, but it's in his time not mine.Sometime the lord wants us to be still and be quiet sometimes.Patience is what he blessed me with when he took so long.

The lord is faithful.

He allowed me to come back to my home area that I missed so much my freshman year in college. He allowed me to transfer to the college of my dreams on scholarship and it was the best thing that has happened to me in a long while! There are so many things that God has blessed me with I don't know where to begin, from family and friends safety and health to happiness and love.

We would love to hear how He has blessed you as well my friend!! :)

God bless you as well, thank you!! Happy early Thanksgiving!! There is so much to be thankful for!

This has been a banner year for me!
He broke down the walls around my heart and restored my heart of flesh.
He changed me so that He is truly the center of my life.
He has given me clarity on the purpose of my life and has helped me find the path He made just for me.
The list is really long.
The biggest thing I think He has done is to help me understand better how much He really loves me and how He fully accepts me as imperfect as I am. That I am His son and He is my Dad and my God. That we are friends and ALL things are possible through Him!

Well, confining to this year is hard! God has healed me from carpel tunnel. He saved my husband in a bike wreck that the Dr's. said should have broken his neck, if not killed him. He just this weekend through grace, found my nephew, who accepted him as Savior. He has lead us to a new church where we can preach and teach the gospel. He has grown us up together. He gave me a grandson that the Dr's. said should be aborted since my daughter would die if she tried to carry. They are both healthy and blessed.

God is awesome.

It saddens me to see so many that didn't acknowledge Him.

praising always \o/ Vicki

God is pure and good - God cannot sin and is repelled by sin. By sinning we punish ourselves. Sin takes us away from God. The only way to be justified is to recieve his forgiveness. So it is not God that punishes us for sins that he already knows we are going to do but it is rather us that takes ourselves away from God by sinning and hence ounish ourselves. To the girl below - God does know everything, in that account it doesn't say that he didn't know what Abraham was going to do. He probably did it for Abraham, so that Abrahams faith or something to that effect was strengthened. He wanted Abraham to believe that God was going to keep his promise no matter what.

Honestly there's so much...I don't think there is enough time and space to write it all down.

I am humbled that He would choose me to work in the great commission...and watch His Holy Spirit work among the masses (that I work with.) It is a truly an honor and blessing.

I'm still breathing!! This morning I even thanked Him for being poor, which has helped me to be more financially conservative (a nearly lost virtue), considerate of others, compassionate and thoughtful. He has blessed me with a lovely family, wonderful job and health. My pantry is full, though, maybe not of name-brand products. What else is there?

All through last year, I was able to get out of my bed alive, safe, healthy and energized for a new day. That to me is the greatest reward from God. God had kept me alive to do my best for a full year.

It's not just you. God introduced me to my best friend, and he showed me what he wants me to do with my life. He also revealed to me the true natures of several adults that I trusted for years.
