I would definitely try Mary Kay's Even Complexion Essence. It will reduce your redness but not change the overall color of your skin. I have actually seen it work on someone, so I am a believer! It isn't a moisturizer, won't make you break out or make you oily. It takes 2 or more weeks to work fully, but it really does work. Plus, if after you have used it awhile, if it doesn't work, Mary Kay supports full exchanges and refunds (depends on consultant if they will do a refund).

Do you know if you have Roseaca? That causes the skin on the face to become red. If you are becoming red because your skin is dry, you need a good moisturizer, you are never too young for good skin care. At home, try honey. Put raw honey on your face and apply very warm, damp face cloths on it for about 5 mins.

I have a really bad issue myself with red skin, my skin is supersensitive and everything bothers it except these products I got at Shopper's Drug Mart called Laroche-Posay, they are French and not very expensive...the moisturizer has a bit of green tint that counteracts the redness...
also, try a bit of green cream concealer (not the stick kind, it pulls the skin) under your makeup...

You should wash your face regularly, not in the shower - i mean you can do that too but after wards wash your face with COLD water. It helps alot. I used to get red skin, part of it was from my allergies and part of it was that I didn't moisturize enough. So I started using Clinique facial moisturizer - ask your rents to get you Clinique facial soap, facial cleanser 1, and moisturizing lotion. That should help with your skin problem. Good luck.

Try to buy soothing, moisterizing products such as products with ingredients: vaseline, aloe vera, vitamin E, stuff like that. also you can probably buy one of those mini facial packets at walmart or something...warm it up and apply to face. when you remove it your skin is silky. just try something like that :-)

Probaly find a good foundation that is a shade darker than your skin and that should work.

you can buy certain powders and cover-ups that get rid of redness. The green stuff works really well becuase red and green cancel each other out. just go to any drug store and look for green make-up. you put it on before your other make-up. Its worked for me so hopefully it will work just as well for you!
