I took her to the vet who, after a thorough exam and blood tests, found nothing wrong. The dog refused the prescription dog food (after about a teaspoonful) and the next day ate about 2 teaspoons of baby food. Today - nothing. The dog is drinking small amounts of water and does urinate. She doesn't appear to be losing weight as of yet. Anyone else had this problem and if so, any suggestions?

Take the dog to another vet. If it keeps refusing to eat, it will die.

Look carefully in the mouth to make sure there is nothing wrong in there.
If she hasn't been spayed, could she be having a false pregnancy? She would probably be acting hormonal, lying on her side (as if to feed pups), giving milk if you squeeze a nipple
Has there been a major change in her life that could have upset her? If so, try to cheer her up and maybe give homeopathic Ignatia (from health food store; it's fine for dogs).
If she hasn't eaten for 5 days, she should have lost weight. Is she retaining water? Does she have edema?
Is she constipated? Is her abdomen tender?
If your vet doesn't have any more ideas and she doesn't start eating soon, you'll have to take her to another vet.

Have another vet check her.

Try feeding her cooked rice with mixed in cooked hamburger meat, it's easy on their digestive system and is very tasty.

Watch when she goes to poop if it comes out looking OK. Take a sample to the vet. If she doesn't poop all this time, again, definitely try a different vet.

Good luck.

Just keep trying different brands/flavors of dog food. Some dogs are picky. Consider holistic foods, and possibly even a raw diet.

Friendly Hello,

I would try fried hamberger and rice.

Blessings,

Kelly
