Yes, especially if you see that you have sleep problems! Don't drink caffiene after 5pm. don't do anything in your bed except sleep or other adult activities. ( By that I mean don't watch tv or read in bed) Only lay down when you are actually sleepy. Have your room darkened, and set your clock for the same time each day... this allows your natural body clock to "reset" itself, and you should be fine in a week or so. You will be sleepy at night when you should be, and waking up in the morning refreshed after a good nights sleep as you should be!

Yes, it is far better to keep a regular schedule. Why can't you get enough sleep on weekdays? If you are staying up late to watch CSI, STOP IT! Turn off the TV, do something relaxing, like read a magazine or a chapter in a book, then go to bed early. With a good night's sleep, you will be more efficient and won't need to stress out on getting stuff done. Reduce your stress and your sleep will likely improve, and so will your general health. I hope you find the answer you need! Good luck.

It is ALWAYS better to wake up at the same time very day. Eventually your body will know when it is time to sleep and you will fall into a natural cycle. If you wake up at different times every day, your body will be unable to adjust accordingly.

Wake up the at the same time but go to bed only when you're sleepy.

It is better, but a human body needs approximately 6-7 hours of sleep in order to perform task better. In order to feel fully rested on Monday, try to go to bed as late as you can on Saturday night and sleep as much as you can on Sunday.

the same thing happens with me, but like say on friday, ill sleep at like 2 am and still wake up the same number of hours later..i cnt catch up on my sleep either, dnt worry.
i think its better if u go to sleep at the same time and wake up at the same time, so your body gets used to the time and you will less likely feel tired.
