This morning, for breakfast, I ate half of a Boca Lasagna dish, while my brother, who is FIVE years older than I am ate one slice of a bagel with cream cheese on it. I got pretty mad at him, because I probably had more calories than he did and he was making me feel bad. I kept telling him to eat another slice of a bagel, because I usually eat only one slice, too, but he refused, because "he wasn't hungry." I feel so bad and guilty, especially since I know we're going to eat lunch in a bit (curry and rice) and my brother won't come home till later so I don't know if he'll eat a lot or not. If he eats a lot, then I'll feel better about myself, but maybe he won't.... Tonight, we're going to Cici's Pizza to celebrate my parents' anniversary, so we're going to eat a lot there to get our money's worth and I don't want to eat too much throughout the day. I feel so guilty....

Life is too short to worry about stuff like this. Go to CiCi's and have fun! Stop comparing yourself to your brother. Just eat light tomorrow.

What is the big issue here..So what if your brother did not eat exactly what you did or as much as you did..Half of a Boca Lasagna is not much..

You need to not worry about calories like you are..If you do not eat enough calories, yu will slow your metabolism way down an you will gain all kinds of weight , even when you only eat one time a day, because your body will not burn the calories

You have to eat to lose weight..I know it sounds strange, but it is true..

Why would you make your brother eat more so you can feel better? As for dinner tonight, stick to the salad. That will make up for your "breakfast"

Don't feel guilty! You feeling good about your food intake isn't dependent of how much your brother eats. If it's that serious to you, just control your portions.
