we have mushrooms in small plastic containers with holes which are covered with glad wrap. what is the best way to store these for two days for freshness?

I've heard use a paper bag, it absorbs excess moisture.

Take them out of the plastic wrap, and into a paperbag. Also, NEVER wash mushrooms, just gently remove the dirt with a gentle brush or a sponge.

In a brown paper bag in your refrigerater. They need the cool but can't be enclosed like in plastic or a container.

store them in a drawer(like one of the produce draws in your fridge) in the refridgerator
