Ropa Bieja(it means old raggedy clothes) what it is is shredded pork; Arozo con poll what that is is yellow rice with chicken and spices; Frijoles ******- black beans, its really good mixed with white rice; yucca that is a potato like starch; platanos which are fried plantains, yuummmmy for desert Flan, a custard like dish is a must!
