I'm making dough for naan bread, how long can i keep it before cooking? Can i make it a day in advance, and can i freeze it if i have some left over?

You can freeze it for about a month. Knock it back first and wrap in an airtight bag. Defrost at room temperature and allow to rise before you use it.

If its store bought then I suggest to follow the Best Buy Date but if you made it i'd say about 2-3 days Maximum.

yes cling film it and should last 2 months in freezer
