Yes you could. If you have an imaging software like gimp which is free then you could just bring up the page of the pdf. print-screen and then paste it to a new image. it is not very easy but it should work. in addition if you only need a picture from the pdf open it with acrobat and and there is a select image feature that lets you copy an area of the pdf to an image.

Yes open the file in windows picture and fax viewer,Then at the bottom there is a save icon click it when new window opens to save under click the arrow and look for jpg and save as that,Very easy

in adobe, copy the image onto clipboard using snapshot. Open microsot Paint. paste file into microsoft paint. save file type as .jpg
