Try Zen Buddism. Meditation can really get you high. It's a vacation from the world from awhile, seriously.
Running, walking alot, any kind of exercise. Just to start with it's a whole different world cause' you're out of the house, which puts you into the world, and that is where it can all happen in real time.
That broadens the possibilities. The idea that anything can happen, you could meet someone nice and have fun!

Bee Bees. It's a small cigar. I've heard people say they get a buzz from. Check the spelling because I'm not sure if that's right, but I'm sure if you walk into any gas station and ask for them they'll know what you're talking about. (Then again it could've been beedies)

My husband use to tell me of how he and his best friend would do it in school and get the giggles and couldn't stop... so they were sent to the principal's because of 'being high'.

meditate, breathe heavy and fast, excercise, smoke weed, have sex, fall in love, read a book. all of this could get you high, all of this you have excluded in your question. maybe you don't want an answer.
