They others are right. You can not run two anti-virus programs at the same time. They will conflict with each other, each trying to control any files you open so they can scan them, and each thinking the other is some type of virus trying to prevent it from working.

If you feel the need to have a second virus scanner on your PC, use one of the online scanners (like Mircotrend) which does not run in the background, but only when you go online and specifically run it. About once a week check the PC with it to be sure there is nothing the Norton or the AVG, whichever you choose, is missing.

This is because both have different settings and so they detect each other as virus...this in technical terms is called clash.. to get the best performance uninstall one of them.. if u want a free one keep avg and if u can pay fo for nortan and nortan is many times better than avg and it is much easier to configure...

Do NOT run 2 antivirus products at the same time. They will both try to access the file to scan it and end up causing your computer to run VERY slow because they are conflicting.

coz u cant run 2 anti viruses on the same computer they will start cancellin each ather
