White sugar and molasses. For each 1 cup of brown use 1 cup of white with 1 1/2 tablespoons of molasses. What do you substitute for molasses (because you probably don't have any of that either) I don't know.

mix one table spoon of molassas to three tablespoons of white sugar that is the correct ratio for sustitution
