in MS word the shortcut is ALT + 0241 for lower case, and ALT+ 0209 for uppercase. However, if you're in a word document and using it a lot, you can define your own shortcut key.
Otherwise, change the language setup of your keyboard in the control panel. If you're really desperate, copy and paste from below.
ñ Ñ

Press the "Alt" key , hold it, and press 164 for the lower case "ñ." The upper-case "Ñ" is done by following the same step and pressing 165.
Here are some codes for accents that require holding the "Alt" button:
161= í
160= á
130= é
163= ú
162= ó
When writing a question in Spanish, don't forget the first question sign at the beginning of the question (¿). The code's 168. Also, the code for the first exclamation mark is 173.
Way more than you asked, but at least you won't have to ask about the other rules.

Depends. There are many people who are labeled predators that don't really deserve to be in the category, such as when a man barely above age of consent is labeled this for being in a relationship with a girl just below the age of consent. For the real predators I would favor tattooing them to make sure everyone knows what a danger they are.

Ah, yes, the beloved lowercase ñ and uppercase Ñ. I guess if you want, you could just copy it right from this post. If you have Microsoft Word, you can go to Insert, Symbol, subset Latin-1 and it should be in the grid. There is a shortcut, but I am not sure exactly what it is. Hope that helped.

This has really bothered me before, because why would they have the ~ symbol on the keyboard if you can't even use it!?!? All you do is press ALT + 0241 for lower case, and ALT+ 0209 for uppercase. Make sure you hold down ALT while you type 0241 or 0209.Good luck!

Right under the esc key, shift for the symbol, unshift for the accent. On my pc though.
