Do what I do.. go to the store, get a frozen pie, cook it in your oven and take it. Easiest thing I know of.
If you want to actually cook something then something easy we always have (and it's pretty good) is baked corn.
2 can's creamed corn
1 sleeve of crackers crushed up
1 egg
salt & pepper
add everything together and put a few pats of butter on top. Bake at 350 for about 30 mins. or until golden brown.
If you don't want to cook then there's carrot salad
1 small box lemon jello
1 small box orange jello
3 large carrots shredded
1 can drained crushed pineapple
Dump box boxes of jello into a mold or just a plain bowl, add 3 cups boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Let cool for about 20 minutes then add shredded carrots and drained pineapple. Let sit 5-6 hours until it's firm.
Actually pretty good, all three of my kids eat it.
Lemme know if you need something even more simple.

Hi, this is SO good and I can make it - and I am a bachelor, so it must be easy:
Sweet Potato Casserole
3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1 stick melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 - 1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
Mix the above together and pour in casserole dish. Mix in separate bowl:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts (I leave this out because I don't like nuts)
1/3 cup to 1/2 cup butter (I grate the butter to help mix it)
Stir this together and sprinkle it on top of the casserole
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
I'll be baking mine tonight! Happy Thanksgiving

What kind of dish are you looking for..
a side, dessert, vegetable??
ok..here is a suggestion:
you can buy a box of Augrautin potatoes.. cook the potatoes( from the box ) in a saucepan with water, untill they soften..drain very well
add the potatoes and all other ingredients listed on the box to a casserole dish that is sprayed with non stick cooking spray..
top the ingredients with seasoned italian bread crumbs and a bag of sharp shredded cheddar..
bake for approximatly 35 to 45 minutes..
remove, cover and take to your dinner...
it is very easy and it is also not expensive..
I did it one year when I did not get my usual dish made..
Everyone ate every last spoonfull and I got many compliments..no one knew it basically came from a box. the brad crumbs come in a container and can be found near the bread section or in the seasoning section of the grocery..I use the medium size bag ( 2 cups ) of shredded cheddar...
this recipie is also an easy clean up..you just need to wash the pan you boil the potatoes in

ewww! Some of these sound GROSS!! Best bet is dessert(see below) or a bottle of wine.
Death by Chocolate
1 box brownie mix
instant chocolate mousse (find near jello, you will need 3 envelopes)
1/2 c Kahlua (or fake brand, is cheaper)
6 Heath (or other toffee) candy bars, crushed in small pieces
container whipped cream
Bake brownies, poke w/fork & pour Kahlua over, let cool.
Layer as follows: Crumble 1/2 cooled brownies, 1/2 choco mousse, 1/2 crushed candy, 1/2 whipped cream, repeat, garnish with some crushed candy. Easy & everyone will love it. If you have a clear bowl, that is best so you can see layers.
