Not necessarily. When you asked her out, did you specify where you were wanting to take her? Or did you just say, hey, do you wanna go out?
The trick is to find a girl that fancies you as you fancy her. This will definitely eliminate some of the hassle of asking out a girl and being "rejected." Also, don't look at it as rejection. If someone says no, it just means, that is not where they want to go or there is no interest. This is fine. So, you strike up a conversation with a young lady that you like and know that she likes you. You will find that she will want to go out with you.
If someone says no, it does not mean they do not like you. They are just not interested. If you want to take her out, ask her what she likes to do. That might help.

I think it depends on how well she knows you too though. If she's a new friend she might get to know you more and decide she likes you. On the other hand, usually when I say no to someone I won't change my mind. If she just met you, maybe your not her type as far as looks. I know personally I am attracted to a certain type of guy, big stocky guys, and I don't ever date real skinny guys regardless of how good looking they are because the thinness turns me off. Maybe rude, but I have never been able to do it, there just isn't enough chemistry, and I don't care what anyone says, looks are important, chemistry and passion are important.
You could always try to just be her friend and see what happens?

Just because a girl rejects you, it doesn't mean she will always do that. Sorry, to break it to ya, but she's just not interested in you. You should just move on and forget about what hurts you or has you uneasy.

no it doesnt mean she doesnt like you. the reason she rejects you could be down to soo many things. for example the mood shes feeling in, how relaxed or stressed shes been, if shes taken, there are so many explanations. so no she may not nesecaraly say no again. although ofcourse there is a risk that she really just isn't interested.

Normally yeah. . . Unless your really young and childish. . . In the real world though when people don't like you they reject you. So just move on and find someone you can be happy with. Good luck sweetheart.

Not necessarily, it just means that she is not into you at that time. My friend was asked out by her best friend a few months ago, but she didn't want to have a relationship with him then, because she didn't fancy him at the time. Now though, feelings have changed, and they are going out with eachother.

i wouldn't waste time on her. too many good looking fish in the sea. move on but it's never a bad idea to keep in touch. if she sees you with a hottie, she might decide she likes you more. strange but it works that way much of the time

Depends on how she rejected you.
If she had a previous engagement, try again, if she said 'Drop dead', forget her. ;-)
