He's got a big crush on her and I thought it would be a good gift that Santa could bring. Most of the clothing will be directed toward girls, but the plate and bowl set just have her picture and the questions "What's the sitch?" Do you think that would be OK?

I think it's a great gift! I got a doll stroller for my third Birthday and my male cousin (who is only 3 weeks older then me) woldn't let me play with it - he pushed it EVERYwhere! Today he is a graduate of Yale's Master of Business Program and is the head of a corporation! I still tease him that he owes all his success to my dolly!

ok the gender bias has got to go. Seriously. He likes the show, and getting him a plate that has the main character on it, despite that hes a boy and the character is a girl, does not make him weird or gay. You said it yourself, the kid has a crush on her.... he doesn't want to wear her clothes. I personally think that separating "boy things" from "girl things" is the most archaic way of treating our kids. If your boy will love the gift then why not get it for him? Besides, when he grows up, he won't remember the whole show. He might even remember the crush. What he will remember though is that someone thought of what would make him smile regardless of how it might look to others.

((sorry for an angry tone. Its not ment for you but the answers that imply that I boy having "girl toys" will make him gay or weird in some way. It bothers me when people think of that instead of what will make their kids happy))

i think of a three year previous and a doggy is a mistake. I surely have a canines and a toddler, yet i can not permit you recognize the style of circumstances i've got heard approximately canines biting toddlers (incredibly boys) at playgroups, etc. there is an inherent conflict between canines language and toddler language, as you nicely recognize. working in the direction of a doggy smiling is an illustration of aggression. how are you able to somewhat supply up a toddler from doing that? The canines is protecting himself the sole way(s) he's familiar with how, legitimately. it rather isn't any longer which you probably did something incorrect in raising your son and it rather isn't any longer which you probably did something incorrect with raising the doggy, it rather is the timing this is all incorrect. i might propose looking a sparkling homestead for the doggy, with older toddlers, and in case you prefer/prefer a 2nd canines, undertake an older rescue this is been temperment examined with toddlers. That mentioned, that being my first piece of advice, the different piece of advice, in case you come back to a style to no longer locate the doggy a extra suited homestead that makes your homestead risk-free on your toddler, crate practice the doggy. do no longer enable your son on my own, in any respect, with the doggy. cope with all interactions with the canines and take the canines to canines training classes, like those presented via Humane Societies or SPCA's. seek for seek for advice from with animal behaviorists for extra guidance on dealing with the interactions inclusive of your son.

Sure. Younger kids like that kinda stuff. I still do a little bit, even though I'm 17 almost 18. I wouldnt' want to get something like that for Christmas from Santa, but I'm older. So yeah, get him the "Kim Possible". Enjoy the moment while it lasts, trust me.

Sure, he has a crush for a good person who fights for the good. Let him have his fun, and if he does not like veggies you could put some plastic veggies in the bowl and say kim always eats her veggies.

BUY IT!!!!!!!!
Also, consider phonetics, or building items that are too large for the mouth. Cheap CD player in his room, soft, background music - Classical - day and night!

It seems okay to me just be careful because at three kids do alot of fanasty play and he might try to imitate what KP does and that could be dangerous.

I would get it. He is only 3 and it is a good show. You may want to ask him if he wants something with ron and rufus on it too. like a back-pack.
