i live in ireland and am looking to tune them in on to my sky box

103 for ITV

Yes 103 for itv 104 for channel 4 but when you put on your tv you push tv guide and then select it always comes on on the bbc1 channel another way to get to 3 and 4 is to push the down arrow and go from one to the other or push the right hand half moon shape next to the right hand arrow and push plus or minus on it. Have fun.

To make it easier to find your favourite channels, press 'services' on your sky remote, then select favourites, then highlight each of your 20 favourites and press yellow on remote to tick them, then when you have ticked your favoutites press select to store.
Then all you need to do to move from favourite channels is to press the blue button on remote, and select when you get to the favourite channel you want to watch.
