I went through this when I was younger also. I definately suggest calling the police, tlaking to a counselor - talk to whoever you can - and more than one preferably. But, the bad news is that in the end not a while lot was done in my personal situation and I did end up staying with my mom. It was very rough for me for awhile, but in a few short years you will be old enough to move out and believe me it will be better. And, the best advice you can get is to really try to forgive and start yourself over when you do get out - don't let this define you or change you too much. Good luck and God bless.

Sounds a bit extreme and abusive to me. Parents have the right to restrain their children, even physically. Until they reach adulthood. However, like anything, if they are leaving marks on you, that's considered abuse. Depending on the laws of the country, or state you live, parents can legally spank you, but this must also not leave a mark (such as a bruise, welt, blister....)
Sounds like to me you might want to get in contact with your local CPS. The squeezing of your arms, among the other things you explained are clear signs of anger problems. Your parents may need some help.
Good Luck

RESPECT....your parents are trying to get through to you. RESPECT them, do what they are asking of you, I am sure you parents are very rational people and while you may not realize it now, they know what is best for you. Do what you are ask to do, behave in a manor that will avoid the discipline.
Now on the other hand if you have a reason to believe that your parents have a problem with drugs or alcohol then you have a reason to be concerned and you can call 800 numbers of organizations to help you.

It really depends do you have any marks to prove anything happened if not then they must not be hitting you that hard you need proof. If you dont have any then it wont help to talk to a consuler they will just think youre over reacting.

there are two sides to this story. sometimes teens provoke and sometimes they recieve this kinda reaction. hey my mom will beat the crap out of me if i dont listen/respect her. or some times its something is wrong. child hood memories that just broke free...who knows. but most of the time i can bet its the teen thats a wolf in sheep clothing.

File assault charges at the police station. Tell a school consular what is going on. There are many things you can do.
