If you have no other legal actions against you such as parole or probation,you probably won't go to jail for a dirty UA but eventually it will catch up with you one way or another.
You are pushing your luck and this is why law enforcement officers call criminals stupid.

If under probation supervising it's a possibility. They usually let it go and give you a dishonorable report to the judge who then ultimately decides usually they prolong probation. If paroled then yes straight to jail. If for employment no, but you will be fired to to liability issues and Workman's comp.
