Matthew Henry is pretty hard to beat. John Gill is good also. Oldies but goodies.

"The Bible Knowledge Commentary", eds. Walvoord and Zuck. Victor press, Colorado Springs, 1997.
This is a condensed version in 1 volume with 991 pages. They also have an O.T. volume. The best I have seen for technical clarity. Conservative.
Barclay's is good also Tyndales.
