You should be ok, as long as it was frozen for the entire time you have had it. It may get that freezer burned taste to it. Especially if the package has some tears or pin holes. Make sure that you season it appropriately and no one will ever know. I would not advertise the fact that you have had it in your freezer for 3 years to your guess. If you did, you probably would end up with left overs.

Unfortunately No. Poultry and Game Meat frozen (even in a deep freeze) only keep for 9 months to a year. Deep freezing only slows the preserving process. It doesn't halt the process all together. It's best to start fresh with a new bird.

Hope this Helps!

I have had frozen turkey for over two years and it was great. If it has been kept frozen solid and doesn't have freezer burn it should be very good.

Put fresh gum under the napkin and flatten and return the fork and knife on top as if the table was freshly set. Put fresh gum under the water glass and press down hard. Bring a fly for the water or drink, (harmless but shocking).

I would say that as long as it has remained frozen and doesn't have massive freezer burn it should cook up fine.
