Hi Jamie, I cant remember what TV shows you present now! May be you should spend less time on here and give your agent a call?
If you want to make keeping fit fun you can
1. Play a sport (a lot of them are fun)
2. Make up a sport or a game (tag, keep ups with a group of friends, catch etc)
3. Dancing
4. If you are old enough you could have sex! This can burn alot of calories.

What worked for me will possibly no longer artwork for you, yet for me, having a stunning ecosystem very on the factor of me, interior 2 miles, gave me motivation to holiday my motorcycle. using purely 2 miles to a stunning, cool canyon in the summertime and seeing amazing attractions and listening to creek sounds, birds, and such, made me prefer to motorcycle up the canyon and then back to homestead, approximately 12 miles total. This of course would not artwork in case you had an extremely city ecosystem except you have been a hazard taker... inspite of the undeniable fact that, i think exceedingly delicate using in the site visitors of a medium city in the west of roughly 900,000 or so even good downtown. Plus once you're cycling in the excellent outdoors, as quickly as you get drained, you nonetheless ought to come back, so which you're no longer tempted just to bounce off the previous gadget and stroll 20 ft to the locker room. comparable is going for working in the exterior too. I choose working outdoors nicely extra effective than working on the treadmill because of the fact i'm getting to surely see something different than another sweaty human beings watching television.

People play sports because they enyoy it. All sports, even darts and snooker to some degree, give you exercise. Nowadays kids play exactly the same sports but on computers... so they don't get the exercise.
Some computer game creators now are seeing that games that make you wear boxing gloves and make you "shadow box" or dance mats to dance on in order to play the game are giving children a more active way of playing computer games but there isn't enough of them yet.
Personally, swimming and football are my faves. Ever tried to play tag in the swimming pool when you were little... calf's like oak trees when you'd finished, and it wasn't because of cramp!!!

Get a dog, preferably a bouncy one. I was given one by my children and have lost a stone in 2 months. I am walking one and a half to two hours a day - such tyranny.
Whassworse is that I am even getting to enjoy it! After a walk she goes to bed. I can't do that.
Can I?

Dancing and juggling (not at the same time!) - both increase the heart rate and are great for hand-eye coordination. Brilliant fun too!

Well I just love to walk and particularly if I have taped a play from BBC radio 4 to listen to on my walkman. It is very relaxing and a huge escape from the world
