What does this mean to you?>>>>>

He may be a member of the church.
He may have great hopes of heaven.
He may be under great invisible changes (God working on him in mysterious ways).
He may be zealous (passionate, wholehearted) in matters of religion.
He may suffer for Christ.
He may be much in prayer.
He may, in some sense, have the Spirit of God,
He may have some kind of faith.
He may love the people of God.
He may go far in obeying the commandments.
He may be, in some sense, be sanctified (holy, clean).
He may do all that a true Christian can do… and yet be no better than>>> almost a Christian.

I do not know why you address this to Christian me when it has nothing to do with being a Christian. Almost being a christian is not being a Christian. Rewrite it with true Christian values and then we will comment on it as Christian men. I forgive you. Jesus loves you.

Being a member of a church doesn't mean your saved.
Hopes don't get you into heaven
If God is working on him then they should not be invisible, we are to light up the world with our praise.
Zealous is good, if it is done in wisdom and knowledge.
He either has the Spirit of God or he isn't saved. there is no middle ground.
If he may do any of these things then He is doing it for himself.
Then again he is not saved.
Cause if you serve God, You will do these things, not maybe.

Just because someone may do those things, doesn't mean he does do those things. That word "may" changes the way one views a Christian, I do all those things to the best of my ability and still fall short.

That is the best we all can hope for. We are all sinners. I believe true christians will be without sin just as Christ himself was. We will be true christians when we get to Heaven. For now we are students and soldiers for Christ. Constantly learning him and his teachings and on occasion, fighting for him. I am "almost a christian" I guess I would say.

It think the Bible says very clearly that the only way to eternal life is to admit that you are a sinner and to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior.

Well Bubb, you ask what does it mean to me?
Not much, except to say we may all try hard but no one should expect to be perfect.
