I especially like tiempo de vals by chayanne it is very sweet you can go online and search to read the lyrics I know i'm using that one for my wedding.

depends what kind of music your dad is into. there are lots of great artist from the past Leo Dan, Mocedades, Camilo Sexto, Jose Jose, etc. My dad has a colection of old spanish romantic music. There is this one I really like that he used to play alot once he realized I was not his little girl anymore. Talks about how a girl is turning into a woman.
