If you're following a traditional diet like Weight Watchers, many carbs are low in calories if you don't add fat including toast, fruit, and cereals.

If you're following a quick weight loss diet like the Kimkins diet which focuses on low calories AND low carbs, then your options could include omelettes, whey protein breakfast shakes, Vietnamese spring rolls or wraps, etc.

It's OK to think outside the box!

Do you like egg whites??? each egg white is about 17 calories and has protein as well, so you could scramble a few egg whites with some green pepper. With that, have Dannons Lit n fit yogurt and mix in some raspberries and blueberries, or maybe some oatmeal with fruit. It should fill you up, because you have protein, fiber, and complex carbs!
