Besides the white strips, also use a whitening toothpaste. (Ultra brite is best) Avoid coffee, tea and other dark colored drinks. Another good tooth whitener is hydrogen peroxide. Mix with baking soda and brush teeth with it.

You could buy toothpaste which is special make to make you teeth white , Or you could go to a dentist which offers Laser whiting and it cost a good bite more ..... . I hope this helped
