Here is a great and easy cranberry sauce recipe:
2 - 12 ounce bags fresh cranberries
4 cups water
2 cups sugar divided into equal cups
2 packages unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons orange juice
Zest of one lemon
Wash and destem the cranberries. In a large saucepan combine the cranberries, water, and 1 cup sugar. Bring to a boil. Once boiling reduce to medium high and boil until the cranberries split (about 5 minutes). In a separate bowl combine remaining 1 cup sugar and gelatin. Drain the cranberries but reserve the liquid. Pour the cranberry liquid over the gelatin/sugar mixture. Stir until dissolved. Add the cranberries, orange juice and lemon zest. Stir completely, pour into a decorative mold. Let set 6 hours (best overnight). To unmold set the mold in very hot water for 30 seconds. Invert on a plate and serve.
Serves 12.
Hope this Helps!

I just made some last night, Delicious.....
1 Bag of Ocean Spray Cranberries (sort and remove bad cranberries)
1/2 Orange Juice
1/2 Water
1 cup sugar
1tbs of Orange Zest.
First take the water, Juice, sugar & zest and bring to a boil. Stirring often
Then add the cranberries.
Stir until just about all of them have popped.
Just remember if you make them in advance they will taste better (the longer they sit the better they will taste)
