You have just as much rights as the mother. Don't take this sitting down, you will probably need to get to court! NOW. Don't let her hurt you or the child. Remember the child should come first and you need to make sure that happens. I hope things turn around for you and the child.

You need to go to family court or a family mediator and establish custody, child support and responsibilities.
Outside of protecting a child from abuse, there is rarely a good reason to keep a child from his or her parent.
Act with honor and expect honor and respect. Do what you say you are going to do and take visitation as a commitment to the child and the schedule and not what is convenient or fun.
Treat the mom with respect and co-parent well without letting your current partners interfere or influence.
Good Luck, your relationship is permanent and needs to be successful to ensure the happiness of your child.

If you're paying child support, she's supposed to let you see the kid by order of the court. You should check the laws out in your state to make sure and take it to court if necassary. If you're not ordered to pay support, find a way to get on it so you have the legal right to see your son.

Dude, you ned to go to court and get an order for custody.
My EX and I have a daughter (3 years old) and we have a verbal agreement that we will split weeks with her. And I know that eventually, once I start my new job, that she will try to keep her from me and then get court orderd child support.
Don't let this go without a fight, if you want your kids you have to take action to get them back.

I would suggest talking to your sons mother in a mature adult manor and try working something out, if that does not work then i would probably take her to court

Have you sat down to discuss why it is that she's all of a sudden not allowing you to visit with your son? I suggest you do that. Good luck!
