Ask your friends if anyone has a "Percocett", or a "Vicadan"... Or even a "Valume" to help you to forget about the pain.... It works for me. The percocetts do... But, then I was hit by a truck, going 55 miles an hour.. I was listed as a "Jane Doe" on arrival, at the hospitol. I walked out in front of the car, running from my abusive exhusband. I hit his bumper first, then broke his windshield, and hit the back, of his bed of his truck, then thrown three lanes, over into the medium. Thank-God, I was thrown into the medium, because had I not, been thrown there, I'd of probably been finished off, by another passiing car, had I landed in another lane. And somewhere in the middle of hitting each part of his truck, my shoes were "Blown" off of my feet!! Then there were all of these "Observer's" who were standing over me, not doing a thing, until my ex, yelled at them to get a cloth to stop the bleeding from my head! And to call 911. The cops wouldn't believe him, when he told them who I was, they said, you could have been the reason she's where she is. So, they listed me as a "Jane Doe" until, I could say my own name three days later, and 4 surgery's later, and lots of staples.. stitches, you name it, I am part "Frankenstein" HaHa!!! Lots of medal, and nuts & bolts, so I take "Percocett" for the pain.. I hate pain, so I highly recommend, either an aspirin, or a tylenol, or something stronger, like some EggNog, with some rum, in it, or ask a friend to help you out for a day. I'm sorry your hurt, hun. Hope you feel better, by Bird-Day!! Smile!! And a "Happy Bird Day, to you and Yours!!!

I get sore feet just from standing or walking long periods, and my only solution has been to ice them. Get an ice bag from Target or Walmart, one that is rubber and fill it full of tons of ice and some water, just enough to feel the ice moving. Ice for 20 min and your feet should start to feel much better.
