Be active... If you have a desk job, get up and do some walking every hour of so.

You should be eating 3-5 small meals per day. Eat healthy food, eat vegetables... they are about 3 times better for your body than fruits.

Don't smoke, it constricts the veins, so does drinking.

Good Luck

I have something like that happen to my feet too in the shower. I think it kinda has to do with hot water though. It seems when the water is really hot and if I stand still they do get pretty itchy. it's weird. I was wondering about that too. although my hands are fine.

As mentioned above, exercise, eat right. Also, take hot baths, or stay warm...put your feet or hands in hot water-hot tub...it opens the blood vessels, and allows blood to enter those areas.

try messaging them and shaking them out.
also keep them warm cause if your cold it cuts some circulation.
but a good message usually does the trick.
