How Do I Use .torrent Files With Limewire?

I've downloaded a .torrent file online, and I want to use it to download in Limewire, but I have no clue how torrents work or how to manipulate them. Can anyone help?

just like the guy says u cant do it with limewire u have to use bitcomet or any other torrent client unless u get limewire beta 4.13 and u can get that filehippo.com

u cant do it with limewire. u have to get bittorent or utorrent. www.slyck.com has some links
