I think its harder to believe.
I mean..isn't it always more difficult to believe things that aren't tangible and easily explained?
It would be much easier for me to say...nah..I don't get it, there aren't enoughh answers....i'm not going to believe in God...
But I prefer to believe, even though sometimes its harder.

Okay, any faith must mean more than fire insurance. Really. You've got to want to be good because its the right thing, not because you want to stay out of hell. And if you don't believe at all, that's just unfortunate that you don't see that all that is around you cannot be some happy accident.
To believe is to obey and follow His words. The Right thing is ALWAYS the HARDEST thing to do.
Being oblivious to God's presense is VERY easy. Sin is VERY easy. Would you rather go have sex with some hot person no matter what your marital status is, if it was offered to you? Or how about would you say no instead and stay faithful to your mate or your virginity?
It's faaar easier to sin and be evil.
The REAL question is WHY you believe, if you do. God LOVES you even if you don't know Him in your life. But you wont be saved unless you accept Him completly and OBEY HIS WORDS... you cannot say you serve God and continue your normal ways.
I'd rather die and find out I was wrong, with nothing to lose having been a believer (because it's not about DOING GOOD)... than to not believe and die, and be WRONG... and there IS God, and then you have to burn in hell eternally.
Yet still... faith must be more than fire insurance alone.

That depends on your childhood and the society you live in. If you were raised strictly or repeatedly told to believe in something, it's very difficult not to believe in what you were told as an adult. It's even harder if society around you encourages such a belief.
In a pure philosophical sense, I think it's easier not to believe in personal God, simply because there's no evidence to support such a God. But other people find it useful, so who am I to argue?

Hm mm.......good question...
On the one hand:
If you do not believe, then you get to say you (as man) are perfect and like there is no one above you.
If you do believe, you know you are a helpless sinner who needs God's mercy and you depend on Him for everything.
But on the other hand....
If you do not believe, you may think you have the answers, but you really don't. Is ignorance really bliss? Plus you are completely on your own in life and in death, including after death.
If you do believe, you have complete peace, and security knowing that the creator of the universe is taking care of you and your every need. You also experience a joy and love like no other.
One other thing....
The more you love, the harder it can get. To not love is easy. You don't have to do anything. But to love means you are going to hurt too, and the more you love, the more joy, but also the more hurt.
That is only a few things, there are many more.
So what do you think???
Personally I believe in God with all my heart, and I know and love Him.

Absolutely easier to believe.
Of course a big reason to believe is the whole eternal life, dancing on flowers, eating banana cream pie and sucking on margarita's all day folklore.
But perhaps more importantly is the generations of generations of generations of human species passing down the acceptance of Gods to try and explain a nature around them that they technologically just could not.

GOD is not belief. Its the fact. If u believe or not, it doesnt matter. Fact is fact, even if no one 'believes'. If someone says 'I dont believe that the country has president' doesnt mean president will die immdiately bcos some in-significant, unintelligent idiot thinks so.
There is now why and how in Law. God is there, u accept or not.
The word "non-believer" is another meaning of word "Fool" here.
When someone terms himself as non-believer that means, he doesnt have certain intelligence to understand this subject matter. that means he is saying "i am fool".
Since, sciptures have already predicted that men in this age will be very less intelligent as they wont understand anything beyond mundane relationships and body needs which itself is temporary.
So idiots have a nice day!!!
For further details PM me at 'dreamprince_arun' chat id.
bye bye.

Much easier to believe in God- HE MAKES SENSE! And not only that but God reveals himself to those who believe. I cannot imagine my life without knowing the Lord. I would be scared out of my mind if I did not have God in my life. I have NO fear of death now- and no fear of man- because God has ME! God makes more sense than anything. And I want to LOVE Him- for He has done great and marvelous things!! And He is full of mercy and compassion- and His love endures forever!!
Psalm 98:1
[ A psalm. ] Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things; his right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him.
Isaiah 25:1
[ Praise to the LORD ] O LORD, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done marvelous things, things planned long ago.
-And what preacher said- YES, that too! haha

It's easier to believe that there's no God, until you begin to realize that you have problems that you can't solve on your own and can't depend on any mortal person to solve.
