We all know that the Bible interprets itself.
Mark of the beast.....
mark=Approval, sign of ownership (Ezekiel 9: 4; Revelation 7: 2-3)
beast=Kingdom, empire, political power or government that comes in contact with God's people (Daniel 7: 23)

So the mark of the beast will be sign of ownership by a kingdom, political power or goverment.

What is God's sign? DEUTERONOMY 6:8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. (Talking about the commandments of God)

Whats the "other" mark?
"Of course the Catholic Church claims that the change (Saturday Sabbath to Sunday) was her act... And the act is a MARK of her ecclesiastical authority in religious things." H.F. Thomas, Chancellor of Cardinal Gibbons.
"Sunday is our MARK or authority. . .the church is above the Bible, and this transference of Sabbath observance is proof of that fact" Catholic Record of London, Ontario Sept 1,1923.

Anybody agree?

Yes, you are absolutely right, the final seal between us (true christian advents) and God will be the keeping of the true sabbath (saturday) according to the fourth commandment.

Its too bad so many do not really understand your question
for it is an excellent question. The marks or seals that you are referring to will be on the forehead and the right hand, the mark on the forehead indicates where your thoughts are either the number 666 or the seal of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit(333). The mark or seal on the right hand indicates your acts.
One could find out more about this in a wonderful book
The Marian Movement of Priest- sec 405 and so on.
This book contains our Blessed words of Mary given to Fr. Gobbi
in Her quest to save souls.

Isaiah 1:13 - God begins to reveal His displeasure with the Sabbath.

Matt. 28:1; Mark 16:2,9; John 20:1,19- the Gospel writers purposely reveal Jesus' resurrection and appearances were on Sunday. This is because Sunday had now become the most important day in the life of the Church.

Acts 20:7 - this text shows the apostolic tradition of gathering together to celebrate the Eucharist on Sunday, the "first day of the week." Luke documents the principle worship was on Sunday because this was one of the departures from the Jewish form of worship.

1 Cor. 16:2 - Paul instructs the Corinthians to make contributions to the churches "on the first day of the week," which is Sunday. This is because the primary day of Christian worship is Sunday.

Col. 2:16-17 - Paul teaches that the Sabbath was only a shadow of what was fulfilled in Christ, and says "let no one pass judgment any more over a Sabbath."

2 Thess. 2:15 - we are to hold fast to apostolic tradition, whether it is oral or written. The 2,000 year-old tradition of the Church is that the apostles changed the Sabbath day of worship from Saturday to Sunday.

The mark of the beast is ownership of those who take it by Satan, once taken, there is no forgiveness, you are doomed to Hell.

Re 14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

There is nothing in the Word that tells us what that mark is of God.

What we do know that it will be the 144,000 evangelist that will be marked and those people that receive Christ during the tribulation, They also will receive the mark of God. The mark is the name of God.

Re 14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.

Your catholic statements are false.

The church is in no way above the Bible. The Word of God is what starts and where the church starts. Not the other way around.

And the Sabbath is now Sunday because that is the day Christ rose from the Dead.

In biblical terms, the beast is the Roman Catholic Pope, and the whore of babylon is the Roman Catholic Church. The Roman Catholic Church changed the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday. They is already a microchip that will be imbedded into everyone's hand. We are moving toward a cashless society. Jesus rose on Sunday because He observed the Sabbath.

Rom. 10:4: “Christ is the end of the Law, so that everyone exercising faith may have righteousness.” (Sabbath keeping was a part of that Law. God used Christ to bring that Law to its end. Our having a righteous standing with God depends on faith in Christ, not on keeping a weekly sabbath.) (Also Galatians 4:9-11; Ephesians 2:13-16)

When Jesus was asked, “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” did he isolate the Ten Commandments? Instead, he replied: “‘You must love God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind.’ This is the greatest and first commandment. The second, like it, is this, ‘You must love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments the whole Law hangs, and the Prophets.” (Matt. 22:35-40) If some cling to the Ten Commandments (Deut. 5:6-21), saying that they are binding on Christians but that the rest are not, are they not actually rejecting what Jesus said (quoting Deut. 6:5; Lev. 19:18) as to which commandments are the greatest?

The foundation for fine Christian fruitage is noted at 1 John 5:3, which states: “This is what the love of God means, that we observe his commandments.” And a basic commandment is this: “You must love your neighbor as yourself.” (Matthew 22:39) Thus, God’s true servants must have love for their neighbors regardless of their race or nationality.—Matthew 5:43-48; Romans 12:17-21.

Especially must God’s servants have love for those who are their spiritual brothers. “If anyone makes the statement: ‘I love God,’ and yet is hating his brother, he is a liar. For he who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot be loving God, whom he has not seen. And this commandment we have from him, that the one who loves God should be loving his brother also.” (1 John 4:20, 21) That love, Jesus said, would be an identifying mark of true Christians: “By this all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love among yourselves.”—John 13:35; see also Romans 14:19; Galatians 6:10; 1 John 3:10-12.

Ex 13:9 It shall be for a sign to you on your hand, and for a memorial between your eyes, that the law of Yahweh may be in your mouth; for with a strong hand Yahweh has brought you out of Egypt.

You are absolutely right, however; if you are not keeping the Sabbath days and the Feasts days at the place Yahweh has chosen out of all the tribes to place his name, then you brother, or sister also are marked as belonging to Satan. If you are keeping the pagan holiday's you also are marked by the adversary. If you are not keep the 613 Laws....., you know the rest.

Seek the habitation of your Heavenly Father.

No. The Fourth Commandment does not apply to the New Covenant.

Please don't listen to the false prophesies of Ellen White, founder of the Seventh Day Adventists. The "mark of the beast" will be a literal mark on a person's forehead or on their right hand. It MUST be a literal mark, because without it, no one can buy or sell.

sounds like the beast power of Satan will want his worshippers to have a mark on the skin in order to buy and sell
